Although many men may now think "Oh well, I'll get some sausage" , today I brought you a refreshing watermelon and feta salad. Perfect for hot summer days and exciting football matches.
Watermelon and Feta Salad
For the quick salad classic, you only need a handful of ingredients and some time to schnibbeln. So easy and tasty!
In my watermelon salad come watermelon cubes, feta, mint, basil and a dressing of lime juice, birch sugar (xylitol), salt and pepper. That's it! It tastes best when chilled from the fridge.
If you want, you can pimp your watermelon and feta salad with other ingredients. Cucumber, blueberries or black olives go perfectly well with the sweet melon.
