For the delicious frozen yogurt in miniature you just need two ingredients, five Minutes of time and some nice ice cubes . I've used some in heart and star form. The link to the sweet frogs can be found under the recipe.
For the FroYo Bites, any yoghurt (I took Greek yogurt) is pureed 1: 1 with the favorite summer berries. The mass is then filled into ice cube trays and placed in the freezer for at least four hours. And then the ice-cold refreshment is waiting for you. Made easy and fast!

I have prepared three types of healthy snacks, which I also like to eat for breakfast :) Why not, because the small snacks are full of good ingredients. Most of all, I like the FroYo Bites with Strawberries , which I just crush with a fork and then mix with yoghurt. I like Greek yogurt the most because it is especially creamy. The fruit treats also taste great with heather berries or raspberries.Quick made, low carb and the perfect summer snack.
- 100 g Summer Berries eg Strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
- 100 g greek yogurt
- 1 Knife Tip ground vanilla optional
