If you ask me about my favorite kitchen utensil, it's still my small, handy spiral cutter. I'm just in love with fast vegetable pasta made from zucchini and carrots, even though my last recipe has been around for quite some time. So it's time for replenishment, right? And I brought that with you today. Friends of the fast low carb recipes, there are taco and zucchini noodles for you!

Quick After-Work Cuisine

I do not know about you but me The dinner must always come quickly to the plate. I do not have much time and desire to stay in the kitchen for a long time after my work is done. And when I'm hungry, I can not and do not want to wait that long:)

The other day, during the week, I decided to cook a recipe that would have taken an hour. My purpose ran into the void and in the end a cheese bread lands on my plate again:)

Taco and zucchini noodles Step by Step

First, the zucchini are cut into a spaghetti shape with a spiral cutter. I use the following spiral cutters, which I can absolutely recommend to you both. The Gefu is small and handy.Gradually garlic, onions, tomatoes, taco spice and crème fraîche are added to the pan and finally the spicy minced meat pan is sprinkled with cheddar.

As the cheddar melts, the zucchini noodles turn into some oil fried and served with the minced meat.

You only need 15 minutes to make the taco and zucchini noodles.

Preparation time

The Taco Zuc Chininudeln are the perfect after-work recipe.Chop garlic and onion. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

  • 1 tbsp Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Add onions, garlic, diced tomatoes and the taco seasoning and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then fold in the crème fraîche.

  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Turn off the stove and allow the cheese to melt, covered.

  • In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the zucchini for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • The zucchini noodles on two plates and serve with the minced meat.

  • Good to know

    If you want, you can still serve the taco zoodes with coriander and lime slices.
