Home-made food just tastes better than it's bought, That's why we've been thinking of home-made applesauce with apples from the garden for years. Applesauce not only tastes really good on its own, I also like to eat it with yoghurt, as a sweet spread with fresh bread, with potatoes or even warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sooo delicious!
Applesauce tastes particularly fruity in combination with mango. The wonderful Fruchtmus is prepared in a jiffy and also suitable as a delicious dessert for children, since it contains only the pure fructose. Apples are classic beginner fruit for babies and, like mangos, are very well tolerated.
Step by step to self-righteous fruit pulp
For the quick fruit purée, first cut the apples into small pieces and dice the mango. Now the ingredients are cooked soft with a little lemon juice and water.
Now you only need to purée your fruit pulp and season it with maple syrup or cinnamon.
