Summery Nectarine Cake with Blueberries

Me and bake? Hmm, I would say a love-hate relationship. Baking was still my biggest passion and is not one of my greatest talents. That's probably because of the fact that I still meatballs would have preferred the piece of cake until recently :) Aaaber since the pregnancy ... well you know;) Anyway, I love cake now! Especially if it's as easy to make as this nectarine cake. With a guarantee of success, so to speak.

Nektari NEN CREAM WITH BLUEBERRIES

Summer is here! At last, right? Wonderfully summery is the nectarine cake with blueberries. It's so light, juicy and just perfect for light summer hot summer days!

The cake dough is made with semolina and yoghurt, which provides for the super juicy dough. The idea for this comes from the Eat Smarter, I have changed the recipe only minimally. Instead of currants, I used blueberries. With the sweet-sourcurrants the cake tastes great too! The next time, and definitely will be, is the cake with currants. They are waiting to be picked in the garden;)

Step by Step to the Delicious Nectarine Cake

First, cut the nectarines into strips and wash the blueberries.Spread the dough evenly and cover with the nectarines and blueberries.

  • Bake the cake for 25 minutes.
  • I hope you enjoy the nectarine cake as well as me! So now let's keep our fingers crossed for a warm, summery weekend :)
