The Low Carb Flammkuchen is really a wonderful way to eat vegetables. In my opinion, it does not taste like cauliflower, but after the delicious, vegetarian toppings.

Even if the dough is not quite as crispy as a dough of course - the result has absolutely convinced me.The consistency should be reminiscent of small grains of rice.
