I love Recipes that are quick and easy to make and have discovered one-sheet recipes for me. A sheet means little effort, even less washing up and full of enjoyment! Today I have a real bang recipe for you - a low carb chicken vegetable with mangetouts, carrots, peppers and a spicy soy sauce. If you do not feel like spending hours in the kitchen, then you have to try the recipe. You'll love it, I promise!

Low Carb Chicken Vegetables from the Oven

A baking tray packed with fresh ingredients! Tender chicken breast fillet, mangetout, carrots, peppers, a spicy soy sauce and on top of that some sesame seeds and spring onions. All this results in a delicious low carb chicken vegetables. If you like, you are also welcome to serve rice with the Asian plate. It tastes really good and has only 5 SmartPoints per person.

The real work for the fast chicken dish is to cut all the ingredients down.Slice the carrots. Cut the spring onions into rings.

  • Chicken, Paprika Place carrots and mangetouts on top of baking paper.

  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and honey in a bowl. Add the sauce to the chicken with the vegetables and fold well with your hands. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.

  • The Asian tin in a preheated oven for 20 years Bake for a few minutes, mixing the ingredients carefully.

  • Serve with sesame and spring onions.
