Ingredients for Cheeseburger Dressing:
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 EL Mayonnaise egChop the onion and garlic clove. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to a dressing. Add cucumbers, onions and garlic. Now put 1-2 tablespoons of cucumber water under the dressing.
  • Slice the onion into thin rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the onion rings and fry briefly.

  • Wash the salad, slice tomatoes and cucumbers. Put all the ingredients together with the cheddar and minced meat in a bowl and serve with the dressing.
